Thanks nmaguire. I coded 7230 cervical spinal stenosis for the diagnosis. For the surgery I coded 8102 for fusion, 0309 for decompression. The placement of trabecular metal was part of the decompression and fusion surgery so I guess it doesn't get coded separately. Does that sound right?
