Does someone know all the associated codes for Pterygium removal.

Pterygium removal (eye lesion) diagnosis has several associated CPT's including the 65420 for the procedure as well as 66999 - adhesive, 67320 for traction suture and the code for mitomycain. is this typical for this procedure or am I missing something.
