Excision of Lesion of Nose with Full Thickness Skin Graft From Neck

The lesion is superficial basal cell carcinoma. Would the code range of the excision of the lesion be 15004-15005? Or would it be a different set of codes? Thanks for the help.

The excision of skin lesion is not included in the full-thickness skin graft codes . You may report a code for the excision of lesion (116xx, depending on size of the lesion plus most narrow margins) as well as for the full thickness skin graft (15240). The primary closure is included in 15260 and not separately reported.
Verify this was not Mohs microsurgery.
