Orthopedic HELP

Patient had a total knee arthroplasty. Patient fell. Returned to OR wound staples removed, wound reopened found quadriceps repair as well as wound had dehisced. The interior of the knee joint and the wound were irrigated pulse lavage. Quadriceps was re repaired and wound closed. Can anyone help with a code?
