failed induction of labour after inserion of cytotec and syntocinon augmentation

would like your help in coding the following : The patient is an elderley primip at 32 weeks gestation with pregnancy induced hypertension, excessive weight gain and small for dates she was given cytotec vaginally followed by syntocinon augmentation but after 12 hours a decision for c/section was made...same done.. thanks for your help.
