status post

I am having a hard time with status post accidents.
The patient's dx is: 847.0 (neck strain) status post mva, no more info regarding the accident. I coded it using the following codes:

847.0
908.9
E929.0

Please advice, is this correct? I will appreciate your help. Thank you!
