Arthroscopic Hip Codes

CCI edits don't show any bundling between the new arthroscopic hip codes 29914,29915,29916. However AAOS bundles 29915 & 29916 into eachother. After researching different coding references, my interpretation is if the labrum has to be detached from the acetabulum as part of the acetabuloplasty, then it's included in 29915. If there's already an existing tear of the labrum, then you can bill 29916 separately. I'm thinking we'll be seeing more restrictions to these three codes in the future, but for now, there doesn't seem to be much documentation on the correct use of these codes......any thoughts?
