Hi..
Anyone please give me the correct billed amount for the procedure 99211 under Florida and illinois states.

Not in Florida or Illinois but I bill 40.00.

But, I think it is very low billed amount according to the procedure. If we billed nearly $100.00 as billed amount we receive arround $75.00 paid amount from Medicare then, why should we use below $50.00 as billed amount?
