Is there a limit on how many 99291's you can bill? Pt was admitted for 13 days and Medicare is taking back some of these saying they exceed the frequency limit.

That can be appealed I wasn't aware of a frequency limit beyond one per day, though that is an unusually long time for critical care services. Though that doesn't mean they can't be supported
