We have cardiologist and electrophysiologist in our practice, if a cardiologist refers a patient to one of our electrophysiologist and is a new patient to group does the cardiologist and electrophysiologist BOTH bill a NP office visit for physicians?

Different specialty so yes you can bill NP for both.
