Abdominal Component Separation

Does anyone code these? I have reviewed several websites and coding forums and was just looking for more insight.

I was told to use the incisional hernia repair codes along with muscle flaps (15734)
and the allograft 15730.

I was also informed that you would need to use an unlisted code for the muscle flaps if they do it laparscopically.

Any Ideas or help would be greatly appreciated.
