Regarding E/M Bullet points

I have a question hopefully someone will be able to help me out.

I am a new coder and I am confused because I keep getting different answers.

Evaluatin and Management Guidelines

Psychiatic - Bullet Point - Orentation to time, place and person x 3

I have one person telling me this counts as 3 bullet points and one who says it is just 1 bullet point. I feel this is just one bullet point.

The same goes for Bullet Point - Mood and Affect

I feel this is one bullet point and not two

Any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated.

Using the '97 guidelines, it is considered 1 element for Orientation to time, place and person. It is also considered 1 element for Mood and effect.
