CPT® 2011 Changes for cardiac catherizations

I am wondering if anyone has any detailed information about the deletion of CPT® codes 93510,93543,93545,93555,93556. Until now for left heart catherization we used these codes, but now these were deleted. I have seen in some references that "Cardiac cath procedures that required five or more codes in 2010 may only require one code for 2011. What is that one code that should be used in place of these five codes in 2011 for left heart catherization. I regularly do billing for cardiology, so if anybody can help me out it will be appreciated... Thank You
