Can internal medicine perform pap smear and get paid by insurance?

We are Internal Medicine and mostly adult patients.
Doctor wants to do pap smear in the office instead of refering patient to gyn due to patients low compliants.However, can we bill to insurance for this service with office visit? and with what code would that be and howmuch?
If anyone knows this, please make comments.
