Workers compensation

Under the omfs procedure code 12002 does not have any surgical follow up days, yet I keep getting subsequent office visit denied. Can you please help, how should I appeal?

Does the denial say it is because of bundling? Make sure it is not another issue like an authorization, then give them a call and see what a claims rep tells you. If you need to, send an appeal with proof that there are no global days attached to that code. Unfortunatly, sometimes WC carriers play by their own rules, thats why I would call before spending my time on an appeal.
