Incidental denials for echocardiogram and stress tests

Our physician, who is a cardiologist, was consulted for an inpatient. Our doctor consulted the patient and ordered an echocardiogram which was read by our physician on the same day. We are receiving denials stating the echocardiogram is incidental to the consultation. How do we get around this?
