1) Can CPT® code 96116 be billed by MDs in a developmental delay specialty?
2) Can multiple units be billed if it takes one hour to test and approx one hour to interpret and report?

3)Can CPT® 96110 or 96127 be billed separately from a face-to-face patient encounter to bill for the developmental and MH screenings?

4) should Childhood Autism Rating Scale (CARS) be billed using CPT® code 96111 or 96116?
