Digital Examination of Rectum - correct coding

One of our doctors did a Digital examination of rectum on patient, and coded it using our EMR program eClinical. The code is reflected on the superbill; but when I went to process the claim, it comes up as an invalid / expired code.

I have not been able to locate a replacement code - does anyone know what the updated code is? I have searched the ICD9 (2011) and online, but cannot locate it.

Thank you.

There is a HCPCS code, but it is typically bundled into most office services, and so is rare to get it paid separately.

Medicare pays it when done on the same day as a non-covered preventive service, 99381--99397 but not with office visit codes.
