punch biopsy

Doc did a punch biopsy of the back. One from the middle back and right side. So, there was 2 lesions removed. Do I have to code 11100 with 11101 eventhough its the same part of the body but different location?

Multiple lesions submitted for pathological examination as a single specimen, only one CPT® code may be reported.
? Separate surgical pathology CPT®code may be reported for each lesion if medically necessary.
So, if separate specimens sent for individual biopsy; code 11100 and 11101 (unit 1)
