CPT® for coordination of international phone calls

My office coordinated international phone calls to bring a patient back from
abroad to undergo Surgery in Harrisburg. It involved over 1hour of
coordination. Can anyone help me to code this properly?... Patient's primary carrier is Medicare. So please suggest a Medicare payable code for this if any..

No problem..But I would like to confirm if there is any CPT® for this service.. How can we get reimbursed for this physician service? Please advise

Look in the front section of the CPT® book, the E/M codes. There are telephone codes for talking to a patient (noncovered status) but I don't think they describe the service you did. There are care plan oversight codes but I don't think they describe the service you performed, and those are for patients receiving HHA and/or hospice services. Take a look in that section, but I can't think off hand for a CPT® code that describes the service you performed.
