spine surgery

I have an op report with 1. laminectomy, decompression, and reexploration L2-L3. 2. Laminectomy and decompression with reexploration L3-L4. 3. decompression with reexploration L3-L5. 4. decompression L5-S1, 5. decompression L1-L2.


Now I know that 1,2 and 3 would be the 63042,63044 and 63044-59.
but lines 4 and 5 are not reexplorations so do I code these wtih 63030 and 63035?
Please help !!!
