laparoscopic repair of ventral hernia

CPT® book has this exercise on pg. 305. I made several attempt to find information if this is a reducible or not.

In the book page 127. Reducible means protruding organs can be returned to normal position by surgical manipulation

Incarcerated means can not be reduced without surgical intervention.

The exercise is saying that a scalpel was used along with dissecting forceps to take down the adhesions, primarily involving omentum, these were all removed.
