Medicare Railroad Claims

Being new to filing for Railroad policy holders, I am unclear regarding paper claims and attachments. Do they accept paper claims and attachments if so is there a way to facilitate faster turn around and reimbursement for services rendered?

Same rule applies as with Medicare. They have to have a waiver on file to send papaer claims.
