ICD-9 for rule out of depression

Hello

I know "rule-out's" cannot be coded, but I am truly stumped on this one. Patient had filled out a military questionaire and based on their critieria it created red flags for possible depression. Patient was told to see family doctor to clear him for depression. Patient had no symptoms just a past divorce and is not depressed..arrrghhh. So, what would the dx for this visit be???

Any and all help would be greatly appreciated :)
