beginners question

I am new to coding and would like some help finding the body area and the total systems/body areas to the following:

Chief Complaint: Probable Ear infection.
Examination: Weight 22 lbs. Temperature 100.3.ENT: throat clear, some clear discharge in nose. Right tympanic membranes clear. Left TMs erythematous, fluid present, immobile. Lungs clear to auscultation and percussion. Heart regular rate and rhythm, without murmurs.
