The 1995 exam guidelines include two separate exam references. Organ systems or Body areas.

The body areas do not include psych.

The organ systems do not include neck.

If you are using the organ systems and there is documentation of a neck exam read the documentation. Is the comment about lymph nodes/ thyroid or a cervical spine. Then assign the organ system of musculoskeletal or hematologic/lymphatic/immunologic.

use whichever exam is most beneficial to the provider and if your struggling with the 95 exam try the 97.
