ICD-10 for follow-up to monitor and manage a closed surgical wound such as a myocutaneous flap

I am a wound care specialist. I am frequently consulted to manage the post-op care of a patient following a myocutaneous rotation flap. The wound is closed so using the pre-op wound code doesn't seem correct. Using a non-healing surgical code or external disruption of surgical incision isn't accurate either. What do you suggest?
