Modifer -RS

Is anyone familiar with modifier -RS as it relates to Georgia Work Comp? I am billing the prolonged service code when applicable but I am hearing I should be using modifier -RS which I cannot locate any information on this modifier. Any assistance or insight provided would be greatly appreciated.
