aerophagy; aerophagia: What is the ICD9-M code

I'm unable to locate an ICD9-M code for aerophagia, which is the diagnosis causing my patient's symptoms of gastric distention, bloating, epigastric and chest pain, shortness of breath and hyperflatulence.
I've tried several ways to approach the search but am unable to locate any code for this malady.
