Lap fulguration endometriosis along with endocervical curettage

Can I code both 58662 and 57505? Also have another case with Lap fulg of endometriosis along with D & C. No hysteroscope used in either case. For that one codes 58662 along with 58120?

Was wondering if both procedures can be coded together for each of these cases.
