BIopsy question

Hi,
Hope somebody here can teach/show me on how to code this. Or what other codes needs to apply aside from 99213-25 and 27324.
Procedure done to the patient

Punch Biopsy:
Indication uncertain nature of lesion.
Post-OP The patient is instructed to cleanse the wound twice daily with hydrogen peroxide, apply bacitracin ointment and a bandage for one weeks' time. The patient is instructed to notify the office if the wound site ooze, become painful or red.
Procedure The punch instrument, Adson's forceps, and pointed scissors were used to harvest a representative specimen. The defect was then closed using the described sutures. The biopsy specimen was sent to the laboratory for pathological evaluation.
Consent All risks, benefits, and potential complications were discussed including bleeding, infection, scarring and the need for further surgery to improve the resultant scar or to remove a cancerous process. It was explained that this procedure was for diagnostic purposes and was not being performed with the intention of a curing their condition.
Size of punch 2 mm.

Thank you,
rhina
