E/M codes when emergency service is provided in OB Labor &Delivery

I would like to know if the E/M codes for ER billing (according to Levels of care proveded) are acceptable & reimbursable when the emergency triage &/or care of the pregnant patient is done in the Labor & Delivery unit versus the ED?

E/M in ED and pregnancy

Is your provider the ED doctor or the OB doctor?

Is the patient admitted and does she deliver?
