ilioinguinal nerve injection

My doctor saw a patient in the office for a recurrent inguinal hernia. My doctor then proceeded to give an injection. I billed 99213-25 and 64425 but the Medicare Advantage plan is denying the 64425. How can I get this paid?

What is the exact denial reason they are giving? If they are bundling, you will have to appeal with documentation showing the e/m is separate.
