curling eyelash,,help please

One of our doctors removed a couple of curling down eyelash's from a pt that kept poking her eye. He numbed her eye and then removed them. I can't find anything for the removal OR any kind of a diagnosis code. Can anyone help me? Should it just be under the office visit and maybe 704.8 "hair diseases" for the dx. Thanks

The dx code for inward eyelash is 374.05 Trichiasis, the procedure code to remove would be 67820, you also need to add which eye, and either upper or lower lid.
