Lesions

Doc removed 3 lesions- LT upper back, RT upper back and RT lower back. I got the result back. Do I have to code 1 excision code since there all on the same site or add the measurement of each lesion and pick one code?

each lesion is coded separately. You do not sum up lesions.

Thanks Nancy! I have another question. I cannot find the code for verrucoid keratosis inflamed. I read some article that I can use Seborrheic keratosis inflamed since there both keratosis. I need your opinion.
