Nail removal
Doc did a nail removal with matrixectomy on one nail and nail trimming with the rest of the nails. Im thinking about using mod. 51. Is this right? Thanks!

You cannot use multiple procedure ie., 51 mod for this scenario, it is appropriate to use 59 mod.
