Those billing for Gi, do you use 569.0 or 211.4 for rectal polyps. Also for adenomatous polyps do you use 235.2 or 211.4.

Usually, 211.4 is the code we use for adenomatous polyp and 569.0 for rectal polyp.

211.3 for a benign polyp anywhere else in the large intestine other than rectal.
