INR Billing

Hello,

We have billed Medicare for INR testing done at office with G0250 4 units, but we have received denial from Medicare stating The number of Days or Units of Service exceeds our acceptable maximum.

Can any one help me with that. Do we need to bill for the same date of service 4 units.

The MUE for G0250 is only one unit. You can get this information on cms.gov website.
