Closed Treatment with manipulation - ankle

Hello,

I have a question regarding Closed Treatment with manipulation of the ankle.

The doctor did the manipulation under anesthesia on 12/13/2013

He states the surgery date was 12/13/2013

Do we stay with the Fracture care 90 day Global Period or does this now become a Surgery Global Period

Do I code as a Status Post or the Fracture.
