post op modifier/global period

what modifier would i use when a patient delivered by c-sec with a specialist and then comes back to us during the post op period to have a mirena inserted and a consult regarding the preterm labor at 23 weeks and future pregnancies and precautions. this was a patient of ours who started her pregnancy with us and due to complications was sent to magee women's hospital. the baby was born stillborn

I do not see a modifier here unless the entire post-op period was transferred to you (modifier 55), but then the delivery would be (modifier 54 by different physician). Otherwise just bill what you do.
