Laryngology question

I would like to know what CPT® code others are using for Per-Oral Botox Injections to the vocal cords using a flexible laryngoscopes? Currently I'm having to use an unlisted code of 31599 which is taking long to be reimbursed and sometimes not at all. The same goes for my KTP Laser excision of a vocal cord lesion using a flexible laryngoscopes. Any suggestions? I would like to know what others are doing for these two procedures. Thanks!
