Coronary Angiography CPT® code
Diagnosis is MI & an obstruction of the left main coronary artery.
Procedure is --> Percutaneous coronary angiogram through the right femoral artery.
Which CPT® code should I use for this procedure? Please help.

i can give you the range of codes...more info is need to choose the correct one ...like was a left or right heart cath also performed? did they just look at the native vessels or did the patient have a previous history of CABG..

93454 is the appropriate code is there is no documentation of a heart cath.

If there is no heart cath documented..just coronary angiogram
