ICD 10 code for fracture with joint replacement

I am trying to figure out if a fracture is repaired with a joint replacement do we code the Z47.1 and the joint replaced, or the fracture with 7th character D for Home Care (subsequent encounter). I was thinking it would be the same as ICD 9 to code the Aftercare since the fracture is no longer present, but I see the Excludes 1 note for Z47.1, and I am wondering if we need to code the fracture.
