Any tricks to submitting 17000 & 17003 to get it paid and not be considered non-covered services?

There's no trick when using this code as long as its medically necessary and its properly documented. If your doctor did a destruction of a benign lesion (17000), then you can use this code and link the diagnosis code (type of lesion) that was destroyed. Is there any procedure done aside from these?
