Vision Screening

If I am billing a 99173 during a well child visit V20.2 --- in order to get paid for the vision screening do I need to have a seperate dx code on it so it is not bundled under the well visit?

I bill for several clinics and use V20.2 and some use V72.0. Both get paid.
