colonoscopy

Physician took the patient to surgery...performed a Colonoscopy(limited to transverse colon), anorectal exam under Anesthesia, and internal sphincterotomy. Can someone please help. Am I correct that I can only bill the 45378? According to CCI edits, I don't believe I can bill for 46080 or the 45990.

CCI edit: 46080 and 45990 can never be reported together with code 45378 due to CCI column 2 code edit.
