Need correct CPT® code for well exam for mcr (both men & women)

Hai, i am receiving denial from MCR for CPT® code 99397 stating "These are non-covered service because this is a routine exam or screening procedure done in conjuction with a routine exam". Cany anyone tell me the exact CPT® code? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.........

G0438 for the first one and G0439 for subsequent annual exams.
