Intrathecal administration & Lumbar Puncture

Our bone marrow transplant physicians often give intrathecal administration for chemotherapy which includes a lumbar puncture procedure. I have advised the physicians that they could only report 96450 since the lumbar puncture is included; a couple of them are insisting that they can report both the 62270 and the 96450. Am I correct in only billing the 96450? Below is an example of one of their procedure notes.

Thank you in advance for any clarification you can provider me.

Location: Lumbar Puncture
Anesthesia: Local Anesthesia with 1% Lidocaine.

A time out was taken to review name, procedure, site, side and position.

Procedure Details:
After informed consent, the area over the lumbar spine was cleansed with Betadine solution and anesthetized. The lumbar needle was inserted through the space. Cerebrospinal fluid was obtained and sent for laboratory testing. Then, Methotrexate 12 mg pushed IT.

Adequate hemostasis was achieved.
The patient was observed for 30 minutes supine.
No immediate complications were observed.
