Laparotomy

I need help finding a CPT® code for a Laparotomy with a right salpingo-oophorectomy and left ovarian cystectomy. I looked and found 58943 but i'm a bit unsure.Can someone help me ?

I am also finding how to code laparotomy procedures in Gynecology if you get any updates plz lemme kn :( there are only for laparoscopic not laparotomy.
