Non-walking Dobutamine Stress Echo

My Dr. is doing a non-walking Dobutamine Stress Echo on a patient. Should I just use 93351 alone nor along with 93016? He is doing the testing in the hospital and not the office. I am still new to this and would like help with this. It would be greatly appreciated.
